Abstract: On the basis of corresponding information and economy data, this paper inspects and constructs the comprehensive evaluation index, and applies method of factor analysis and cluster analysis to compare and evaluate the level of regional information development. Meanwhile, some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are provided according to different level of information development.
