Abstract: As an important part of the country，the borderminority frontier areas are with the particularity of border and ethnic, and the universality of important unity of social governance. In the process ofbuilding a socialist harmonious society, maintaining social stability in frontier regions, is not only an important prerequisite of building a harmonioussurrounding and maintaining good-neighborly relationship in frontier regions, but also an important guarantee of safeguarding national sovereignty andterritorial integrity, and is also the key to promote the harmonious development in border minority areas.
