Abstract: The situation of the grain safty is not optimistic inYunnan Province,it needs a new solution urgently that production conditions is worsening, productivity and grain production apart seriously. According to thecharacteristic of mountainous area, the advantages of regional resources, traditional advantages and geographical advantages, we need to implement the multi-channel, diversified management notion, and lead every area to develop advantage of grain industry, vigorously develop characteristic agriculture, so as toensure the benign development about grain safty in yunnan.
