Abstract: Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy;agriculture of our country has developed since the reform and openingup policy. But compared with some developed countries, agriculture of our country hasnot realized its modernization; the task of agricultural modernization will be more difficult in the remote and border areas and povertystricken areas suchas Malipo County. This article proceeds from fundamental situation of agriculture in Malipo County, searches for restrictive factors in the process ofagricultural modernization of Malipo County, and proposes development channels pointedly, it is valuable for the realization of agricultural modernization inthe mountain districts of ethnic minority.
