Recommendations on Scientific and Technological Services for Agricultural Universities during the Drought

  • 摘要: 2010年春,云南遭遇百年一遇的全省性特大旱灾,给全省城乡各族群众生产、生活带来了严重影响,对工、农业生产造成极大威胁。本文以干旱形势下地方农业院校科技服务实践及建议为题,针对云南冬春干旱频繁发生的特点,阐述了农业院校开展科技服务的主要途径和做法,提出了应发挥农业高校的人才、技术和资源优势,开展主要粮食作物耐旱品种筛选与选育、抗旱栽培关键技术集成创新、生物多样性间套作种植技术的示范推广等对策与建议。

     

    Abstract: Yunnan has faced the worst drought in a century in 2010, which brings the serious influence to peoples living and production,and the drought posed a serious threat to industrial and agricultural production. Considering that drought is frequent in winter and spring in Yunnan, the authors of this paper suggests that selective breeding of droughtresistance crops, development of key cultural techniques for drought resistant,demonstrations and applications of biodiversity intercrop and crosscultivation technique of scientific and technological services for agricultural universities are the most important ways to fight the drought.
