Abstract:
The theory of rural governance claims that itis mutisubjects of related interests that administrate rural public affairs and supply rural public service, which formed the theoretical basis of diversified suppliers of social security in the countryside, yet supply and demand disjunction and administration anomie caused by subject imbalance are therealistic foundation. To realize the diversification, firstly, the governments role orientation should be accurate, and secondly, nonprofit organizationsshould play a more important role, and thirdly, ordinary villagers should express their appeals organizedly.
