Abstract: With the development of the society and economy, the family-supporting pension mode dominating in Chinas traditional society，especially in countryside, has been greatly impacted. Peasants mainly depend on their land, although the social insurance of the aged has been weakened. The paper attempts to change the existing system in order to elevate the level of the people's life in the rural area.
