Abstract: The exploitation and utilization of resources bring people wealth as well as disasters and problems. As the first batch cities built on the basis of mineral resources, the economic of Yunnan Dongchuan area is in a mess because of resources exhaustion, after exploitation and utilization of resources for many years. This paper discusses some problems including how to change resource dependence path, how to make multiple industries coordinated development, how to make longeffect mechanism of coordinated development of environment protection and economic, and than,some countermeasures are got out.
