Abstract: The appropriate design of Social security level,not only meets people's basic needs, creates favorable external environment for people's survival and development and realizes the social ethical care in people-oriented; it also embodies the concept of social equity, adds the value for efficiency, and helps people development and social progress. Through the analysis in this dimension, we can see there is inherent relevance between the social security system and social ethics.
