Abstract: By adopting qualitative analysis and quantitative research method,the paper proposes the specific content indicators of village construction land in developed regions. On this basis, it reconstructs and controls improved optimization of technical indicators according to social economic development and population size. The index system solves the status of nontechnical indicators in village construction land, but also provides a theoretical reference and practice guidelines for editing and research personnel of village planning.
