Abstract: Pingshan county is the high quality green tea production base in Sichuan， the first batch of high quality tea production base and the export tea production demonstration base， the superiority characteristic benefit agriculture base as well as the tea industrial development one of ten big core counties. This article through investigation of production condition to tea farmer of Sichuan Pingshan county，analyzes the reason of the survival condition，compares indepth to production conditions for tea farmers. The attempt proposed that some solve and improve the tea farmer to produce the survival condition the countermeasure and the measure.
