云南民族地区农村义务教育的供给需求分析

The Analysis on Supply and Demand of Rural Compulsory Education in Ethnic Minority Rural Areas of Yunnan Province

  • 摘要: 云南民族地区农村义务教育的发展关系着民族的进步和教育事业的传承,然而云南民族地区农村义务教育水平仍较低。以经济学供求理论为依据,探讨制约云南民族地区农村义务教育的因素;研究表明其关键制约因素是教师流动性高,因而,建立一支稳定的教师队伍是云南民族地区农村义务教育的关键。

     

    Abstract: The development of compulsory education in ethnic minority rural areas in Yunnan Province is related to the heritage of education and National development. However, the level of compulsory education in ethnic minority rural areas in Yunnan is low. In this paper, we explore constraints of the development of compulsory education in ethnic minority rural areas in Yunnan on the basis of the theory of supply and demand. The establishment of a stable teaching force is the key to rural compulsory education of minority areas in Yunnan for the most important factor is the high liquidity of teachers which the study shows.
