Abstract: Based on our investigation of Suzhou, Wuxi and Changzhou, using the analytical hierarchy process, we propose some elements impacting the migrant workers' demand to cheaprent flats and their relevant effects. Now there comes the conclusion: the monthly annual income and marriage, working period, the house type and the infrastructure have a relatively tremendous effect on the prototype of labors demands towards on economic houses.
