Abstract: Yunnan farming culture, through historical vicissitude and succession, is still shining with unique charm. After experiencing agricultural and industrial civilization, human beings have gradually entered into the ecological civilization. Therefore, a serious reflection on the value of agricultural civilization and the merits of industrial civilization is significantly valuable and practically meaningful for succeeding to, and promoting, the essence of farming culture and for correctly handling the relationship between man and nature.
