Abstract: The style of English for Science and Technology (EST) is formed through the long time of the development of the English language. It has the features of its own in style, vocabulary, and sentence structures etc. Based on the researches and discoveries of other scholars, this paper focuses on the main features of the sentence structures of EST by the use of stylistic theory and method, and at the same time, with the help of the English-Chinese contrastive linguistic theory and method, explores some of the techniques of the EC sentence translation in each feature category.
