Abstract:
The forming of a learning society needs adult education, while its developing and functioning needs qualified teachers. According to the existing problems, opening up more channels to enrich the teaching staff and stability is the basis of adult education teachers construction; the establishment of mechanisms for continuing education to enhance the basic quality of teachers, the establishment of a learning organization to promote teachers selfdevelopment and the establishment of competitive and incentive mechanism to stimulate enthusiasm for work of teachers are the necessary links and effective strategies to construct teachers of adult education.
