Abstract: Linguistic particularities are usually considered untranslatable. Though causing much translation barriers, the source languages with linguistic particularities still have some degree of translatability. With a large number of linguistic particularities, the thesis demonstrates and illustrates it from two perspectives：some figures of speech such as puns, palindromes and alliterations and different graphic features.
