Abstract:
The science of law is characterized outstandingly by both theory and practice,while in China, a leading mode of giving lecture by teachers has shown singleness. So we should apply positively audiovisual case pedagogy to law education. The instructor should design elaborately audiovisual cases, make orderly arrangements of case,s viewing and discussing, instruct discussing groups to accomplish their reports, and construct objective and scientific system of evaluation. The application of audiovisual case pedagogy to law education can not only stimulate law students to participate enthusiastically in discussing and study law actively, but improve the instructor,s standard of professional knowledge, and also, animate classroom atmosphere and build friendly relations between the instructor and the students.
