Abstract: The student work is an indispensable and important part of university work, which brings new challenges for students work with the continuous deepening and development of Higher Education System Reform. According to problems faced by student work under New Situation, this paper puts forward that if we want to seize the opportunity, innovate and develop continuously, we should lead student work with scientific development view, grasp features of the times and work regulation of students work, innovate work idea, mechanism, content, and ways, strengthen team construction,thereby, in order to be beneficial to form the new situation of Peopleoriented, overall, coordinated and sustainable development.
