Abstract: The development trend of modern criminal procedure system is to fully guarant legal rights of the accused,at the sane time,to strengthen the protection of procedural rights of victims. The existing system of the criminal victim,s request right to appeal exists the problems of the program imperfection,and the insufficiency protection of victims′ interests.The existence of these problems have seriously hampered the realization of the victims′ party status,therefore, we must perfect system, effectively protect the criminal victim′s request right to appeal to enhance the constraints against judicial anthority, so that the interests of victims are fully protected.
