Abstract: Education of people is beall and endall for a class teacher. The author， holding on the university’s central work of educating students as the essential and putting the moral education the first on the ground work of the personal experience from years of being a class teacher， briefly explained the crux of doing well the job of a class teacher， by persevering in the four aspects， i.e.， educating students as the fundamental， emphasizing on scientific management， exerting to extract arrangement and living up to warm service.
