Abstract: Optimal Design is a practicable curricula. With the develop of technology and expansion of teaching reform， instruction content， teaching method and teaching instrument were discussed in this paper. Through main and difficulty content being analyzed， instruction content being enriched， contrast teaching method and multimedia teaching media being applied， we got better results. In National Contest of Maths Models for undergraduate and graduation project， students also got better results.
