Abstract: With the book street corner culture: the Chengdu public space, the lower level populace and place politics,1870~1930 for text, and with the linguistics change for clues, this paper explores the utilization of ethnography method in the legal research from the aspects of the definition of public special space, the utilization of bright material as well as the new history style, and then perspects the operation rule of the basiclevel politics in the history from the relations between the elite politics and the mass politics.
