  • 摘要: 随着科学技术的发展和市场经济竞争加剧,培训外包在人力资源管理工作的比率越来越高。如何有效地发展培训外包,选择适当而优秀的承包商是企业面临的重要问题。AHP在人力资源管理绩效评估领域应用较多,在外包方选择中应用较少,值得研讨和分析。运用层次分析法为企业对培训承包方选择和决策进行科学的分析提供参考依据。

     

    Abstract: With the development of science technology and fiercer competition, human resource outsourcing becomes more and more importance.The ratio of training outsouring in the managemengt job of human resource is more large. How to develop the training outsouring effectively and choose the right contractor is the significant problem for business.Based on these Conditions, this article adopts AHP to provide reference for the choice and decision of the contractors training.
