Abstract: The inflow of the FDI in large-scale, especially price shift in the multinational corporation interior, caused the price of our country commodity to have some reversion changes, led to the price of our exporter products to drop, but the price of import rise, and caused the our country Net Batter Terms of Trade worse obviouly. This article used nearly ten years data between 1998~2007 to analyze the relationships between FDI and the worse of Net Batter Terms of Trade, and proposed the corresponding strategy. The purpose is that we can use FDI to improve our country trade Net Batter Terms of Trade in a better way.
