摘要: 制度建设带有根本性、全局性、稳定性和长期性。从制度建设对高校先进性长效机制建立的重要性，阐述云南农业大学在构建保持共产党员先进性长效机制方面所取得的一系列制度成果，对高校党建工作的深入开展具有重要意义。

Abstract: The construction of systems has the quality of fundamental, general, stable and long-standing. From the view of the significance of the relationship between the system-construction and the advanced nature of the member of the Communist Party, this paper analyzes achievements in establishing the longterm mechanism of maintaining the advanced nature of the member of the Communist Party in Yunnan Agricultural University, which plays an important role in universities, CPC building.
