Abstract: Science school is a scientific organization that appeared in university after the scientific researches carried out and mordern laboratories were established in the 19th century.In the thesis,the author analyzed the leaders, distinctive academic charm and accomplishment in the examples of the famous Brussels school and Copenhagen school in scientific history with social science research methods, studied the school style and the field of school that formed on this basis, then brought to light the close relation between the leader,s role and school style, and put forward some proposals to the cultivation of Chinese Science School.
