Abstract: Based on the analysis of the course on tuition arrears, the comprehensive managing measures, such as strengthening education in payment consciousness complying with the law, honest and credit, enhancement of system building, construction of aidingpoor systems, rules of managing students, the information interaction between systems of charging net and teaching administration, were to be put forward in the essay to seek for solutions to the problems currently puzzling each university, thereby ensuring a sound development of the national education of higher learning.
