Abstract: Accompanying education reform and growing numbers of college students in China, psychological problems for underprivileged groups in university are becoming a serious issue. In order to improve college students quality of integration and develop their body and mind healthily, this study provided questionnaires to students regarding psychological problems in underprivileged groups in Fujian Agriculture and Forest University. Meanwhile, the researchers interviewed some psychologists about dealing with current psychological problems existing in underprivileged group in university. Accordingly, the paper makes a conclusion about why underprivileged groups may suffer from psychological problems and points out some measures to deal with these problems.
