失地农民权益受损表现及原因分析——以沈阳市东陵区东陵街道小甸子村为例

Undermining the Interests of Peasants and Performance Analysis：As an Example to Dongling District of Shenyang City,Dongling Streets of Small Villages

摘要: 从实证分析着手，随机抽样，对沈阳市东陵区东陵街道小甸村失地农民的现状进行深入调查，分析失地农民权益受损的情况。在此基础上，从征地制度、农村集体土地产权制度、失地农民社会保障三方面，论述城市化进程中失地农民权益受损的机理。

Abstract: Seting about from analyzing actually, carrying on expropriated peasants of Shenyang city on certain investigation foundation, this paper analyzed peasants current situation with damaged right and interests of lost, dissertated mechanism of the rights of expropriated peasants in the urbanization process. Based on the study, it discussed mechanism of the rights of expropriated peasants in the urbanization process from the three respects: Land expropriation system, collective ownership of countryside land, and losing land peasants social security.
