Abstract: Based on the data from 1995 to 2006 released by the China Statistical Bureau, this paper calculates and analyzes the contribution rate of agricultural scientific and technological progress in Yunnan Province reached to 32.88% by means of CobbDouglas production function. And then the authors bring forward the suggestions that speed up agricultural scientific and technological progress and boost the contribution rate of agricultural scientific and technological progress in Yunnan Province.
