大学生任职意愿影响因素的实证研究

An Empirical Study on the Influential Factors of Students Serving Intentions in University

  • 摘要: 选取漳州师范学院的300名社会任职学生进行问卷调查,通过交互分析、方差分析等方法比较了任职意愿在性别、专业、年级、家庭情况、性格等方面的差异性,并对影响任职意愿的因素进行了回归分析。研究发现,任职意愿在性别和年级上存在显著差异,在地区和家庭背景上不存在显著差异;制度环境、综合能力和心理状态对大学生任职意愿产生了主要影响,其中制度环境因素的影响最大。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, we select 300 students in the Zhangzhou Normal University, who serving in the society for the questionnaire survey, and we compare the differences in the aspects of gender, professional, family conditions, characters, etc.,through the ways of interaction and variance analysis, and then we use the way of regression analysis to analyze the factors of influencing serving intentions. Based on this survey, we find there are significant differences between the genders and grades, but little differences between the areas and the family backgrounds, and the system, the comprehensive capacity and psychological statement have important impact on the student's intention, especially the system factors.
