Abstract:
In this paper, we select 300 students in the Zhangzhou Normal University, who serving in the society for the questionnaire survey, and we compare the differences in the aspects of gender, professional, family conditions, characters, etc.,through the ways of interaction and variance analysis, and then we use the way of regression analysis to analyze the factors of influencing serving intentions. Based on this survey, we find there are significant differences between the genders and grades, but little differences between the areas and the family backgrounds, and the system, the comprehensive capacity and psychological statement have important impact on the student's intention, especially the system factors.
