Abstract: The origin of the circular economy and realization are on the base of science and technology. Because of the development of the science and technology, the human being，s force of transforming nature have gone beyond the bearing capacity of the earth. Useing Circular Economy is the inevitable choice of us. To realize it, science and technology is the first.
