Abstract: The article, starting from the key problems such as the contradiction between human and food that are challenging the food security in Yunnan Province, analyzed the particular role played, and the extruding achievement made, by the team of creative talents in agricultural science and technology in solving Yunnan food security issues. Based on the analysis of the existing problems, the notion to organize and build an innovative and exploitive talent team of agricultural science and technology by aiming at the key problems in food security of Yunnan, to construct a highefficient talent team of agricultural science and technology by exerting the organically harmonious function of the administrative bodies, and to establish a linkage transferring system for agricultural creative fruits to form suggestions on solutions to the food security problems according to the law of agroproduction and circulate periods, has been put forward.
