Abstract: Minor population nationalities are important formation of Chinese multinationalities family, and special groups in the same time. Because of historic, natural and environmental factors, minor population nationalities are in the lag of development in the whole, as well as other races. To strength minor population nationalities development is helpful to improve the whole social harmonious development. This paper is guided by the backward urging advantage theory with the example of A-Chang race in Yunnan province, it analyzes the Chinese minor population nationalities existed backward urging advantage in detail, combines the reality and puts up with the countermeasure to realize the economic striding across the basis of using backward urging advantage.
