高等职业教育人才培养模式构建探析

An Exploring Analysis of Talent Cultivation Models of Higher Vocational Education

  • 摘要: 我国高等职业教育人才培养模式经历了较长时期的历史发展,形成了产学研结合培养模式、订单式培养模式、以就业为导向的培养模式和“双证书制”培养模式。以此同时存在着培养目标定位不够准、区域性特色不明显、人文关怀不够、教学改革与建设不力、模式难以适应生源不一的要求、质量评价方式有待完善等问题。随着经济社会的发展,高职人才培养模式的构建将更加注重学生主体、发展社区学院,综合化树丛型课程体系的改革,同时朝着多元目标引导型、弹性学制型、过程探索型、双元主体型等新模式的方向发展。

     

    Abstract: Talent Cultivation Models of Higher Vocational Education has undergone a longer period of historical development in China. It formed difference models, such as the industry-university-research-cooperation mode, the customized education mode, the guidance of employment mode, the doublecertificate mode. At the same time, a series of problems still exist. Such as that cultivation objective orientation is not accurats, the vegional characteristics is not clear, humanistic care is not enough, teching reform and construction is not adequate, teaching mode is difficult to adapt to the all kinds of students, quality evaluation needs to improve, etc. In order to solve these problems, we should pay close attention to students, subjective development, expand community colleges, and reform curriculum system. It indicates a much practical, multiobjective, flexible educational system, the exploration course and comprehensive development of Higher Vocational Education in future.
