Abstract: In China, the number of people who are studying English has outnumbered that of many other nations. According to the statistics given by Marthur(2003), about 2~3 billion Chinese people are learning English. As a super nation in international politics and economy, the Chinese culture influences English language enormously. As a result, China English, a variety of English, evolved. It aroused the whorldwide interests from the linguists and educationists. This paper discusses various characteristics to China English and its relationship with Chinese culture.
