Abstract: With the definition of book number and the characteristics of series, this paper has analyzed the common registrations of series. And with practical examples, this paper has studied why it is expected to register such series in different ways. The paper is to search some efficient ways for registration of such books, based on the advantages and disadvantages of collective and distributive registrations.
