Abstract: It should be noted that the effects of information age puts forward new requirements to library management. In the network environment, it is significant for libraries to reform the traditional model of library management and services, adhere to the concept of people oriented, build a modern management mechanism and knowledge service system, for which that, the management of the library system would become operational open systems and service management center.
