Abstract: Harmonious sociality means the individuals or groups of sociality having a friendly relationship. To achieve this, “equality and righteousness” are the vital factors which affect the whole establishment. Due to the rapid development of the economy of China, the actual life of the sociality is disharmonious thus the real “equality and righteousness” becomes one of the main targets of harmonious sociality, stick with “equality and righteousness” and turn it to be a fact, is a pledge and also characteristic of Harmonious sociality.
