Abstract: The 21st century is a century of education, education is the foundation of our country. “Who have education, who can compete in the international strategic-led.” A highly developed market economy, accounting personnel become more demanding, creative accounting personnel should have higher overall quality of decision-making and forecasting ability and theoretical analysis, the integrated use of capacity.
