Abstract: The issue on “agriculture, countryside and peasants”is key to construction of a well-off society and realizing of modernization, which fundamentally affect to the responsibility of our Party and government. It is appropriate to bring forward “constructing new socialist countryside”in the beginning of the 21st century, and it means another integrated transformation in rural. As the important content of new countryside construction, educating new farmers and developing rural human resources have been concerned by more and more people. Authors define some suggestions on development of rural human resources on the surroundings of constructing new socialist countryside. Ideas and methods are emphasized. It's expected that the article can be help for research on labor building and educating new farmers.
