Investigation on the Action of the Green Vegetable Production and Management in Kunming

  • 摘要: 通过对呈贡县蔬菜生产和昆明市王旗营蔬菜批发经营目标、品种选择、质量控制等情况进行了调查,综合昆明市电视台对蔬菜消费电视调查情况,以蔬菜生产者、经营者和消费者经营成本收益为视角,分析了昆明市蔬菜生产经营的行为取向及影响因素,指出无公害蔬菜产业发展的根本动力在于提高生产经营的收益成本比值,并提出相应对策。

     

    Abstract: The survey of the aim of the vegetable production and management, the selection of assortment and the control of quality had been made on the vegetable planters in Chengong county and the wholesale businessman in the Wangqiying Vegetable market of Kunming. Based on above investigation and the TV survey results of consumption patterns of vegetable made by Kumming TV station, the operation choices and its influencing factors of the managements and productions of vegetable had been analyzed from the view of the profits and relations between the producers, managers and consumers. It had been pointed that the fundamental power to develop the green vegetables was the increasing of the rate of income and cost of the managements and productions. And the relevant improvement suggestions had been put forward.
