Abstract: Land expropriation is a national behavior with policy power.Land compensation is a basic system to coordinate private interests and public interests.Now there are some serious problems in the system of Chinese land compensation such as lower amount,norrow scope and unbrightness of corpus . And the authors analyse the improvement of the compensation mechanism and the reducing affect of scheme in compensation from the perspective of sustainable development.Then authors also discuss how to improve the land requisition compensation system in terms of defining the reasonable scope of land requisition compensation and standards.
