  • 摘要: 在新农村建设的大背景下,以陆良县鲁昌村新农村建设规划为例,对新农村规划建设中的因地制宜,突出地方文化特色、挖掘潜力以产业推动农村社会经济全面进步的发展模式进行了剖析和探讨。

     

    Abstract: Under the background of the construction of new village,this article take Luchang village in Luliang county as an example, analysis and argues on the measures that taked in the construction of new village program,such as adjust measures to local conditions, give prominence to local culture and so on. These measures make the social economy roundly developped.
