Improve Teacher's Engagement and Incentive Mechanism of Examine in University Promote the Construction of Quality Project

  • 摘要: 在国家提出“质量工程”建设的有利时机,我国高校教师队伍将进入一个新的发展阶段。要加强教师队伍的制度建设,创设一流的教师队伍,就必须完善高校教师考核聘任激励机制,全面提高教师队伍水平和整体素质。

     

    Abstract: Propose the opportune time of construction of“quality project” in the country, the teacher team in the university will enter a new developing stage. If we want to strengthen the institutional improvement and create the first-class teacher team, we must improve teacher's incentive mechanism of examine and engagement in university, so that we will improve the level of teacher team and whole quality in an whole way.
