Abstract: The central goal of higher education reform is to foster the qualified personnel. With the deepening of higher education reform in our country, the intense competition and pressure on employment in society exist. The environment of the society is getting great change; meanwhile some new characteristics on college student's ideology and style of study are being shown, which is more and more becoming the heating issue in every college and university. Many such institutes carry out the study and research on the area, and the valuable research achievement greatly facilitates the development of such work in our country. In adapting to practical situation in YAU, the project team of the Democratic League of Yunnan Agricultural University has also conducted the investigation and research on the issue to construct qualified personnel training pattern, which holds the significance in promoting school's teaching standard and quality, as well as teaching method reform.
