Abstract:
Nowadays,in modern faculty organization of various functions and complex system,faculty's career development has no longer belonged to private field and gets into the horizon of organizational management. For improving the effect of faculty career management, it is necessary to examine the statue of faculty in university organization. The theory of decision-making analysis, which is developed by French scholars, analyses the relationship between organization and practitioner with microscopic and dynamic view. As a new valuable research tool, this theory can be used to explore the problems of faculty career management in China.
