A New Thought about Faculty Career Management:Based on the Theory of Decisionmaking Analysis

  • 摘要: 在职能多样、系统复杂的现代大学组织里,教师的职业生涯发展不再属于私人领域,已经被纳入到组织管理的范畴之中。为了有效开展大学教师的职业生涯管理,需要重新审视大学教师在大学组织中的地位。法国组织学派提出的决策分析理论,以微观动态的视角对组织和行动者之间的关系进行了剖析,为深入探索我国的大学教师职业生涯管理问题提供了一个有益的新思路。

     

    Abstract: Nowadays,in modern faculty organization of various functions and complex system,faculty's career development has no longer belonged to private field and gets into the horizon of organizational management. For improving the effect of faculty career management, it is necessary to examine the statue of faculty in university organization. The theory of decision-making analysis, which is developed by French scholars, analyses the relationship between organization and practitioner with microscopic and dynamic view. As a new valuable research tool, this theory can be used to explore the problems of faculty career management in China.
