Abstract: Since China has put the sum of four trillions investment to stimulate the economy in the end of 2008, Yunnan province grasps the opportunity to utilize the financial funds to build a series of important projects and gets the GDP double number's addition implying the good beginning of economic reviving. As “one excellent and three important” area of developing strategic layout, the west Yunnan province must actively strive for supports of government of all levels to fix the infrastructure construction, strengthen the environmental provents, adjust the dual economic structure of city and rural, increase the people's livelihood construction, highlight the social industry development, transfer the economic growth way, build the inner and outer opening pattern to deal with the financial crisis and promote the economic development in west Yunnan province.
