Abstract: Charles Taylor, one political philosophy, deems that it can't be only to study human in natural science or by methods of natural science, because such studies brush aside or disaffirm the determining influence which the selfinterpreting and the self-understanding have on the being of human.So to understand human accurately and in an all round way should study person's self-interpreting and self-understanding, including the study on the human's language which is one critical precondition.The language has been structuring every person's living and being form of existence of a person. But the language can't be created by individual on one's own, in that the language and the meaning that it has can come into being and exist in one language community. For individuals, the language community exists necessarily and in advance. Everyone can only be a self in certain language community. Every individual can't be his/her own self, because he/she must be in webs of interlocution.
